The warranties (aka welcome) page has two sections:

• Care Instructions and FAQ
• Warranty Details

Care Instructions and FAQ

Contains summaries of articles from the blog manually added using the blog-posts widget in BigCommerce Page Builder (see below for details).

Blog-Posts Widget

Since in BigCommerce it is not possible to pull in the blog articles by tag on this page, the blog-posts widget in page builder will allow you to manually add/delete articles.

Each article consists of a:

• title
• summary (160 characters/text only)
• link (to read more)
• tags (comma separated list)

Additional settings including heading text, alignment, color, and font size can be found by selecting the three dots ... at the top of the blog-posts widget settings.

Warranty Details

Includes a button that opens the warranty registration form in a modal and the warranty information for each product category using the FAQ widget in Page Builder, as used on other pages throughout the site including the product pages. See here for more info.

Warranty Registration Form

Warranty registrations are submitted to FormSpark, receipt uploads to UploadCare. An email with all submitted form fields, including a link to the uploaded receipt, is sent to online@lucidmattress.com.

IF customer checks the Stay up to date on exclusive offers box, they are added as a subscriber in Drip with the following fields:

• email
• first_name
• last_name
• sign_up_location: Warranty Form
• warranty_date_of_purchase
• warranty_product_category
• warranty_product_purchased
• warranty_purchase_location

The Warranty Registrants tag is also added.
