Neeva

Compared to other catalog sites, Neeva has fewer content requirements. Neeva was designed for only 2 products. There are no categories or variants. You can add as many products as needed, but it will list them individually in the nav. Below you will find a more in-depth explanation of Neeva’s unique features.

Home page

Another significant difference for Neeva will be the home page. The home page is a single type (like other catalog sites) with a hero, info section, and a product feature widget you can add mulitple entries to. The widgets on the page will fade out and in based on the user’s viewport. This is a hard-coded feature. Please put in a task if you would like it adjusted or want more animation options.

Each widget will have an option to add a step. This step can be 1, 2, or 3. The step will correspond to the home page navigation.

Product Feature Widget

The product feature widget has options for multiple entires and also lets you set opacity on the background image. If you do not wish to have the background image with opacity applied, simply set the opacity to a value of 1.

The product feature widget allows for you to pick the color of the step as well so it does not conflict with the background.

Info Widget

The info widget is built to have two columns, each with an image and description. Please use HTML in the column description fields:

Products

Products will be similar to other catalog sites, but with less options. The new design has the variant sizes and other options listed as bullet points in the extended description field. This is input as HTML.

You will also notice an available field. Since Neeva is being sold through Menards, this options lets you toggle on and off the Menards logo for the product page. Simply set it to false if this product is not available at Menards.
